Packages can be shipped internationally via DHL. Shipping price is calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped from Germany. DHL delivery times are usually 3-8 days within EU and 10-20 days for the rest of the world.

Note for the USA customers: Due to recent changes in US customs, delivery to the USA can now only be done with DHL Express, which is more expensive. Additionally you will now have to pay customs fees. You can message me for the cheaper delivery option, but in this case it will take up to 3 months to deliver the order, and customs fees will have to be paid anyway.

Please note that I do everything myself, so I also need time to prepare the package for delivery, which is usually extra 2-3 days.

If your country is not available for checkout for some reason, please contact me and I will double check if it is possible to send to you.

When delivering outside of European Union, taxes, customs fees or import duties may apply. You are responsible for paying these taxes, fees and duties to your local authority. For precise information about the costs involved, please contact your local government or post office. 

Please note that I pack very securely to protect the items from damaging, but it is still possible for something to happen during delivery, as ceramics and porcelain is inherently fragile and delivery companies under rare circumstances may be careless - for further information on what to do in this case please check the shipping policy or the return policy.
