Ceramic Humpback Whale Lamp – Kintsugi Edition
A large ceramic sculpture of a humpback whale on a removable metal stand, uniquely transformed into a glowing lamp.
Inside, a soft LED light strip gently illuminates the body from within, creating a magical glow in the dark.
During the final glaze firing, the sculpture was accidentally damaged. Instead of discarding it, I chose to restore it using the traditional Japanese Kintsugi technique — highlighting the cracks with real gold and embracing the story of imperfection and resilience.

Packages can be shipped internationally via DHL. Shipping price is calculated during checkout. Orders are shipped from Germany. DHL delivery times are usually 3-8 days within EU and 10-20 days for the rest of the world. Please note that I do everything myself, so I also need time to prepare the package for delivery, which is usually extra 2-3 days.
